These terms govern your use of kashmirartisan.in ("the Site"), operated by Kashmir Artisan Store, Srinagar.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
  • An order is binding only once we send an order confirmation email.

3. Shipping

  • Domestic orders dispatch in 3–7 business days from Srinagar.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier.

5. Intellectual property

All product photography, text and the "Kashmir Artisan Store" brand are the property of the Store or the respective artisan. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
