We want you to love what you bought. Here's how returns work.
The window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Pashmina shawls, carpets, copperware, papier-mâché and walnut wood — returnable if unused and in original packaging.
What cannot be returned
- Saffron and other consumables — for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
- Bespoke / made-to-order pieces commissioned specifically for you.
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
How to start a return
1. Email hello@kashmirartisan.in within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return shipping label.
3. Drop the parcel at any BlueDart outlet.
When you get your money
- Once we receive the return, we inspect it within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item, and we'll ship a replacement or refund in full.
